If users have a comfortable and enjoyable experience when visiting a website, that means the UX (User Experience) is high.
UX extends far beyond websites, encompassing everything from how inquiries are answered to the packaging of purchased goods upon delivery. By adjusting minute UI (User Interface) details and designs from a user's perspective, we propose improvements that lead to a better UX.
Design that values UI
UI varies depending on the target audience. It changes based on age, gender, location, and even the times.
We propose designs that prioritize UI, ensuring target users find the site easy to view, understand, and use.
Multi-device compatible UI/UX
Websites are now viewed on various devices such as PCs, smartphones, and tablets. Failing to adapt to such environments often results in websites that are easy to use on a PC but difficult to use on a smartphone.
When button placements, heading sizes, and other elements are hard to convey with the same design and layout as a PC, we utilize displays tailored to each device, proposing user-friendly designs conscious of UX improvement.
System Screen UI
UI design for screens integrated with systems is often handled by systems engineers, who tend to reflect specifications directly into the design. Consequently, technical terms may increase or the UI may become complicated, resulting in screens that are difficult for general operators to use.
To prevent such issues, our designers understand the specifications and collaborate with engineers to aim for a user-friendly UI.
Text UI/UX
When incorporating manuscripts provided by clients into the design, we sometimes perform editorial work prior to production, considering "text that is easy for users to read." By adding headings to long texts and rewriting difficult technical terms into easy-to-understand words, we can improve the text UI.
Editorial work will proceed in consultation with the client.
Motion UI/UX
The movement when clicking or tapping a button, scrolling, and screen transitions are also important points of UI design. Slow movements or transition destinations that differ from what the user expected can cause site abandonment, and frequent abandonment lowers SEO evaluations from Google.
We set movements so that users can achieve their goals without stress.
